We’ll cover what to expect in labor, practical comfort measures, and how to advocate for your needs before, during, and after delivery. You’ll also learn prenatal wellness tips, postpartum recovery essentials, and strategies for building strong, respectful relationships with your birth team. We end with a live Q&A, so bring your questions! 🗓️ Wednesdays @ 7PM EST 💬 Includes a free birth plan template Abriana Kimbrough has dedicated over five years to supporting women across every stage of the reproductive journey as a doula, lactation specialist, and womb wellness coach. In her continued commitment to uplift and empower the community, she is introducing a new offering: The Nurture Series — a collection of virtual workshops designed for women interested in herbal remedies for womb care, labor and birth preparation, or breastfeeding support. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and is offered weekly in an intimate small group format, limited to 20 participants. At just $15 per class, these gatherings provide a supportive space to learn, grow, and connect. They feature special guest educators, live Q&A, and a wellness gift from our herbal apothecary with every session.
