During these virtual workshops, you'll learn the power of herbal teas and yoni steaming for womb wellness, reproductive health, and mental health. We'll talk about safety, benefits, and how to integrate herbs into your self-care practice. You'll walk away with skills to make herbal teas and infusions, yoni steaming tips, and resources to learn more about creating a holistic healing plan.  🗓️ Mondays@ 8PM EST 🎁 Free herbal tea or yoni steam sample Abriana Kimbrough has dedicated over five years to supporting women across every stage of the reproductive journey as a doula, lactation specialist, and womb wellness coach. In her continued commitment to uplift and empower the community, she is introducing a new offering: The Nurture Series — a collection of virtual workshops designed for women interested in herbal remedies for womb care, labor and birth preparation, or breastfeeding support. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and is offered weekly in an intimate small group format, limited to 20 participants. At just $15 per class, these gatherings provide a supportive space to learn, grow, and connect. They feature special guest educators, live Q&A, and a wellness gift from our herbal apothecary with every session.
